Medium season - GBP715 per week/US$975 per week

High season - GBP920 per week/US$1250 per week

Very High season (29th Nov to 15th Jan - Christmas period) GBP 1065 per week/US$1450

Longer term stays attract great discounts - so please enquire about those rates.

Payment can be accepted in Sterling*, US or Barbados Dollars

ALL RENTAL RATES ARE SUBJECT TO THE BARBADOS GOVERNMENT’S 10% SHARED ECONOMY LEVY.

The owner will respond to your enquiry within 24hrs, usually quicker.

Payment terms subject to variation and agreement with the owner.

A deposit of 25% of the total rental fee is due within 5 days after receipt of your booking confirmation.

Deposits are not refundable - (travel insurance suggested). However at this time, due to COVID-19, bookings are flexible and can be moved subject to availability.

A refundable security deposit of £250 (or equivalent US Dollar or Barbados Dollar*) is mandatory - refunded after your departure provided there are no breakages or losses.
